Resident Companies

Resident companies are full-time users (> ~25 hours/week) of the space and have use of Workstation Seats and Flex Seats. Use and cost is determined based on student/alum status:

Current students (undergraduate/graduate) and recent graduates (up to one year following graduation)

• One dedicated workstation Seat (two seats if available) - free
• Up to three nominated individuals are provided with Flex Seats - free
• Additional Flex Seats (if available) - $75/month per seat

Note that for teams with a student and recent grad or alumni hybrid management team, the student status generally takes precedence though it is subject to review by the Baiada Institute.

Early Stage (flex space) Companies

Early Stage companies are usually student-led companies, are part-time users (< ~25 hours/week) of the space, and have use of Flex Seats only. Seats are provided based on availability:

Current students (undergraduate/graduate)

• Up to two nominated individuals are provided with Flex Seats - free
• Additional Flex Seats (if available) - $75/month per seat

All companies

• Non-Drexel volunteer/intern processing fee - $20 per individual
